Experts have figured out a solution for you with the acronym F.I.T.T. The components of f.i.t.t are frequency, intensity, time and type
This refers to how often you exercise. In the beginning you start slow probably two or three sessions a week then as your endurance increases so does the frequency of your workouts.
This refers to how hard your workouts are. As you get started focus more on cardio workouts at moderate intensity and as you progress you can now start strength workouts and higher intensity levels of your exercises.
It is how long your workouts are. Initially they can run for 15- 25 minutes and with each week you can add a few minutes to your workout.
This involves the form of exercising which could be in the form of walking, running, weightlifting, cardio or yoga. It is important to start with exercises you enjoy so that you don't give up. However, after creating a consistent routine it is important to cross train and mix things up so as to keep your body and mind engaged.
When you find your right F.I.T.T then you will start seeing changes in your weight, endurance and even motivation to continue working out.
